::Worst post office ever. I went there to post a package to the UK and they said I had to buy a box. I did that and then they said card doesn’t work and I have to give them cash and get cash out from the ATM. They didn’t give me a proper tracking number and now I can’t track or find my parcel (which has not been delivered) There is no way for me to get in contact with them or German DHL and no one is willing to help me.

::One of the guys has indeed no Einfühlungsvermögen for the people, as other customers commented here too - behaves arrogantly and unprofessionally. The way he even addressed me on where I was supposed to be waiting in line for the post services (rather than regular kiosk ones) was as though I was a dog or something: "nischt hiah warten, DA warten!", with his thick Oriental accent. People like that simply don't belong in customer service, as they have NO idea that they're supposed to be working for the clients rather than treating them as some inferior beings that come to them out of necessity.
