  Very cool. Well organised, great bar. Decent rooms and prices. Bathrooms are very small

  Very good place to stay in Hamburg. About 100m from the Central Station, lots of restaurants, shops by walk distance. I booked a room with 6 bed. Room was clean, shower and toilet are small but can't ask more with what you pay. Good price/quality ratio!!

  Absolutely disgusting place to come stay. Staff are incredibly rude, people who aren't supposed to be in your dorm somehow end up there in your bed but staff do nothing about it until someone who can speak German can complain then security comes. They are incredibly racist, rude this review doesn't even deserve one star. The place is disgusting. Don't waste your hard earned euros here it's not worth the money and it's way overpriced for what it is. The place is a basic budget hostel but charge you crazy prices. The staff ignore trying to to talk to you unless you speak German. The attitude at the reception desk is like from the world war. People just look miserable like they don't want to be there. Roll their eyes at you when you ask them a question. Move away from the desk as you approach it. DON'T SPEND TIME HERE! Food is overpriced and so is the beer.

  The hostel is very easy to find as its in close proximity of the station. Bar area is quite cool if you want a drink and mingle. Showers and toilets are quite small - ie. no room to move about. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very secure as need card to enter building and rooms, also there is a security guard near the front door. Light and power near beds. Bring own locks for lockers. Towels available to rent. Able to store bags after checkout and also offers late checkout for a small fee.

  Location is top - right next to the main train station. Rooms (8bed dorm) functional, comfortable and reasonably sized. Shower and toilet in the room very small. The bar is a nice place for a few drinks. Prices seemed very high for a hostel though. Overall solid value for money The staff seemed annoyed and was not very friendly. No fluent english. And they charge for storing luggage after check out - 2€.
