::This place is not bad, i'm happy about the service it provides. But if my stay was longer i would have been a big trouble of your place. Because i paid more than i should've. As in my invoice, it was due of 109 EUR, but i paid 124 EUR, which isn't acceptable.

::Great staff for a reasonable price. A suitable hostel for a stay at the busy town of Hamburg. The only problem seems at the management level as some strategic decisions are very dark patterns, e.g. buying water from the vending machine requires a PhD in computer science and psychology without overpaying or getting the wrong goods...

::Very good for a cheap staying in Hamburg. The rooms are not the cheapest in town but the shared beds are really economic, if you don't Want to pay extra for the bedsheets bring your owns. It's near to the central station and 2 stops from the jungfernsteig ( mall and most of the big franchises stores).

::The rooms are really small but super clean, there is no mini fridge or closet in the room. the biggest problem is that not only there is no air conditioner in summer time, but also the windows do not have fly screen, so basically u have to decide if u want to struggle with all the mosquitos or id u prefer to die from heat :)))

::Arrogant and amateur personnel. No sense of customer satisfaction whatsoever. Long check-in lines. Your room will be ready two hours after you check-in... You are lucky if you can find a place to sit during that time. Never gonna stay with A & O again. Simply awful.
