::Absolute amazing good sleep🙏♥️availeble here and 💯😋breakfast👍 Never slept that well in any other hotel worldwide. The matress is perfectly hard/soft and the pillows blanket are terrific too. Very quiet surroundings too. BEST posible sleep combination in HH❗️ The staff is super freindly and does thankfully not have that typically ‘snobish’ touch that some 5 star hotels has. Breakfast was perfect and the ‘Egg Florentine’ a must try♥️ Will definately be back to explore the spa etc.

::A really dissapointing experience. The rooms go out to a speed road with huge lamps on. You don’t event have to switch on the light in the room since the street lamps are shockingly bright. Check-in lasted 45 minutes. I hoped for a nice weekend and it was everything but.

::Very rude reception , I stayed here 3 nights , the morning reception is super cold and unhelpful . Very arrogant , I feel his tone and attitudes changes towards different people , if you are German speaking and white , u might have a better chance ! Thanks for the comments from the hotel social team and apology from the GM, but I was also being told it’s not right of me to post a comment on social media without going through him. Didn’t know as a customer that I waved my right of freedom of Speech.

::This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are really nice, the interior design is beautiful and food is tasty. It might not be the most modern or luxurious hotel in Hamburg, but what makes this hotel excellent and my favorite choice is the extremely friendly, authentic and caring staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable at all times. I would definitely come again.

Excellent concierge Fantastic full breakfast Visited 1983 From here I went on a week long tour of all the major cities in the Schleswig-Holstein Region Lubeck, Kiel, Flemsburg, Husum,.. The best restaurants. Excellent museums. Castles, canals, farms, shops in every town and the sea.
