::We have been living in Wilsche, Cmpingplatz for 1 year. Since then we have had to repeatedly notice that mail and packages are not arriving. We only become aware of outstanding invoices when the court reminder comes in. We have to pick up parcels in Gifhorn because the parcel delivery person thinks HE can decide whether to leave the parcel at the gatehouse as we requested or not. Today we found out that a letter from the health insurance company with the coupon for the masks didn't arrive either. We have never experienced such a catastrophic service from the German postal service before.

::Very unfriendly staff. Paying for stamps with little money is the big problem for women. And if you frank a package at home and just want to leave it there, you will be looked at to see if you owe anything.

::Paid letters were returned as unpaid. How can that be????? You pay the postage and then they put them in the back and say I'll do that later. Do it now, you hardly have anything to do. We now had the problem more often that the letters came back without postage or didn't arrive at all.!!! What are we paying you for please??? Complaint has been made and from what I read, we are probably not the only ones who have this

::In general we were always satisfied. But now we dropped off our wedding invitations there a few days ago and paid properly for the franking, but today 6 cards came back because they weren't franked! It's a good thing that I always write the sender on it, so I don't have to think about it if guests don't come because they didn't know about their invitation...! Will speak to you personally about it tomorrow. Addendum: When asked about this, the returned cards were accepted without any problems and should now be on the trip again.
