::Really very disappointing :( staff miserable, rooms cramped and drinks not very nice. We were looking forward to staying here but left very underwhelmed. The rest of Hamburg is great though!

::The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the check in, the staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and very modern. They also encourage sustainability in the rooms, which is great and natural products were offered. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes to select from.

::Wonderful stay in a very special, open and thrilling hotel. You need to see it. The room was cosy and the whole interior was worth seeing. Plus they have an installed cargo container in their lobby with a huge table. So you also can get some work done when staying at 25h.
