::Registered for an appointment by phone and stated my request. The advisor then tried to sell me a financial product instead of my request. Which actually isn't a bad thing. However, at the end of the conversation, after my rejection of the product, I was asked why I was still a customer. Apparently the account management fee and the building and stock savings plans are not sufficient for the advisor's annual goal.
