::The bank/employees have been a complete disaster since the Corona pandemic. New card sent that doesn't work, so paying and withdrawing from the ATM is not possible, new card sent again, transferring with the Tan device doesn't work. Kindly received a new one free of charge. There are hardly any gifts for the children on the World Savings Days, on October 30th there is already only one type of Playmobil figure available (not interesting for all age groups/genders) that is your customer of tomorrow. The trainee couldn't answer a question about online banking. She had to wait for the gentleman. After waiting for 25 minutes, the gentleman was uninterested and put her off, there was no signed letter. However, it was handed in, so the whole procedure was messed up again. A question about a product, unfortunately I'm not familiar with the matter, they'll come another day... etc. I've been in Oberkrozingen for decades, and I've been extremely satisfied with Mr. Mutterer, and Mrs. Brander is a top advisor. Account for the child is opened somewhere else. Try it again in Oberkrozingen, there should be a competent employee back from parental leave. Unfortunately only open on two days.

::Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to share my extremely dissatisfied experience with Volksbank Staufen eG. Over the past few months, I have experienced how employees at this bank have been unable to adequately address my concerns. As a student, I paid fees of €8-15 for a whole year, even though I was already studying. Despite repeated requests, I was assured that my account would become fee-free. Unfortunately nothing has happened to date. I have raised this issue five times now and signed contract amendments three times and still the fees remain. Month after month the bank continues to deduct fees from my account and this sum adds up significantly. The lack of organization and inability to resolve such a simple issue shocked me. It is incomprehensible how a bank that should respect its customer base responds so inadequately to customer inquiries. My name is Adrian Berisha and I sincerely hope that this bank rethinks its business practices and addresses customer concerns seriously.

::Bank can't get any worse! They have been charging maximum account management fees for decades, but whenever you as a customer need something you are completely left out in the cold. Be it criminal behavior by employees that is swept under the table, catastrophic advice that is solely aimed at maximizing the bank's profits or the open defamation of its customers in their presence - hardly anything that I have seen in the Volksbank Staufen branch in over 25 years I haven't experienced Lamb Place yet. But today they shot the bird: My TAN generator, which is at least 6-7 years old, no longer works with any modern smartphone display. I have already complained several times, but so far it has been completely ignored, both at Volksbank Staufen itself and via vr.net. Current solutions from the Volksbank employee in the local branch: 1. Is your display set bright enough? 2. Is the TAN generator perhaps too old? 3. A new TAN generator costs €20! 4. It still works on the PC, it's not that bad. So I have to pay €20 for something that the Volksbank itself obviously can't manage - chances of success are uncertain. Or don't bother because everything works on my PC at home - of course, why have a mobile banking app on my smartphone at all? And who needs banking on the go these days... It's all new territory... If incompetence has a name, it is Volksbank Staufen! All R&V contracts have been terminated, all accounts will follow next month, at some point it will just be enough.
