::I have had very good experiences. My advisor called me personally, not a colleague like at other branches, to make an appointment. Which shows a certain level of commitment. The advice was customer-oriented and I never had the feeling that they were just trying to sell me something. The rest of the employees I have met so far are also friendly and helpful.
