  The only thing the bank does is withdraw money from the account. There is always time for that. And if the customer waits for the matter to be settled, he will have to wait for the advisor to return from vacation. Customers are completely unimportant here and treated unequally.

  I find my stay in this bank to be very pleasant, you are always helped. E-mails are answered quickly and you always receive the right solution to your problem. Ms. Cardoso from Service helped me a lot and was able to solve all of my questions and concerns immediately. The employees in general all seem very competent and friendly. Especially as a young customer, I don't find this bank to be stuffy, but rather modern and adapted to contemporary standards.

  Very friendly and helpful team that always seems to be in a good mood. Despite the mask, people address me by name even if I haven't been there for months! Help even in small things. Very reliable; I always received a promised callback within a short period of time. Some of the necessary forms are sent to me filled out except for the signature, which saves me time and questions. And the best thing of all: I've even received calls from my advisor when there were some "strange" debits on my credit card, asking me to confirm that they were correct. That’s what I call proactive customer service. Completely satisfied with the team in Pulheim! Bravo and thank you!
