::Incredibly cheeky rejection, you have to have an appointment and exchange only until 11 a.m. I'd rather take my change somewhere else German bureaucracy! Impossible

::At the Landesregalbank you need an appointment which you should make online. It is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Since I didn't know that, I asked a nice man who told me all about it and it was mandatory for them to wear a mask. And the view of the Rhine is always worth a look.😙❤
