  Always have to be the last when it comes to transfers. It's the largest bank branch but it always takes at least 48 hours to transfer something, simply because of laziness. True to the motto: Why should I do anything else on a Wednesday morning?

  Competent advice, quick scheduling, attractive prices. Only a self-service terminal in the ATM area would be helpful for non-online banking customers.

  I believe that good financial advice also depends on the individual. In order to gain trust, trust must also be given accordingly. I switched to Volksbank last year because my “old” bank closed almost all of its branches. Running branches these days is certainly not that easy. And compared to the banking system as it was 40 years ago, a lot has changed to the benefit of customers. I feel in good hands at Volksbank and recommend it to others.

  Volksbank Bassum is constantly changing the team of consultants, which from the board's point of view is perhaps good for gaining experience, but bad for one or two customers. Certain consultants who have just completed their training approach you in the Bassum branch with an arrogance and unfriendliness that makes you want to vomit. They smile at you and give you the feeling that you are in good hands. You talk about your financial worries and the gentleman gives you a great statement like... oh, don't worry, we'll find a positive solution together We'll get in touch with you and when the bank gets in touch they say...we're sorry, unfortunately we can't do anything, so you'll have to see for yourself how you get on...end. If you want to speak to the bank's board of directors, he is never there or doesn't have the time... strange, the board of directors is nothing better than us, you get the impression that you are not wanted. Volksbank Bassum never again, Too arrogant and egotistical for those with small wallets, big wallets are always welcome. Absolutely no star.
