::Unfortunately, little competence and service in the postal sector. My question about the correct franking of parcels to GB after the EU exit was answered incorrectly the day before the exit. They were unsure, but didn't feel like finding out anything about it. It was only in another branch that I found out that I had received incorrect information. You can't know everything, but you can definitely find out.
