  Rooms dated, so is the spa. Squeaky bed. Poor sound insulation. No capacity for dinner in hotel restaurant, no room service. Staff friendly enough. Poor price/ performance ratio.

  Loved it! Wellness from top to bottom. The Vital Hotel has compfy rooms and the food at the Palm restaurant is excellent. We swam all day in the tropical atmosphere, used the hot whirlpool, sauna, and the salt pool where you can just drift and relax. The breakfast is included and we booked little extras like a champagne bottle in the room and a 3-course dinner. We would have loved to stay longer.

  Our favorite hotel whenever we are in Paderborn. Let's start from the outside... Big parking lot where we always found a place to park. Always nice receptionist which speak English. Clean rooms, enough easily reachable power outlets, only shower (which I prefer). Which is still kinda normal... Here comes the triumph - the pool, or more exactly the aqua park and wellness. You can access saunas, pool, slides, hot tubs. There is nothing better that come back to your hotel after the day in the office, take your swim suites, provided bath robe and go to relax in water. Another ace in the slave are the food facilities. Next to the reception is a small bar with not-that-short list of cocktails and drinks for reasonable prices. On each room is a minibar fridge, again, with really reasonable prices: each drink €1,5. Last but not least - restaurant. Calm atmosphere and great selection of food during breakfast will help you start your day the best way possible. Edit: last time we were here, the wifi was really unstable and annoying

  It is a very good balance between quality and price. The staff at the reception is very nice and speaks English as well. However, the rest, is very difficult to get in contact with. I guess, for the locals, this is an amazing place, and they have to work a bit more to accommodate tourists from abroad. Despite that, the stay was very enjoyable, the facilities at therme are awesome, you will find your favorite place to relax for sure. And the food is 100% delicious and not very expensive. We could not find still water and bought it at the nearest supermarket which is 6min on foot. Another thing to mention is that the rooms of the hotel are not really 4 star, they should reconsider that as well. The overall impression however, is that the stay was successful.

  awesome place. clean, nice, cozy, comfy. All was perfect. We stayed there for a weekend, and we were still allowed to go to sauna on Sunday, after check-out. five stars!
