  Absolute disaster in the ambulances. Totally overcrowded and overloaded. Very long waiting times, at least 3 hours. That is inhuman and unreasonable. Poor Germany and poor sick patients who have to go there because they have no other choice like me. I waited 4 hours.

  Inhuman and incompetent behavior: We have been waiting for an important result for 2 weeks, which we were promised within a few days. There was no call. Even after asking for a call back and inquiring several times a day, there was no response, nor was the treating doctor or a representative reached. Leaving someone in the dark for weeks is grueling for the person and their loved ones. If you could rate 0 stars I would do that, that is not possible ...
