::Unprofessional behavior at the gate. Obviously you're a laughing stock if you don't walk in with your limbs missing. Unfriendly and outrageous behavior. I am a doctor's assistant myself and I know better when I want to present myself to an emergency room and when not. In addition, that is up to you. Never again. If you can avoid it, avoid the clinic.

::I had an appointment for a cardiac catheterization at 8:30 a.m. It is now 1:00 p.m. and nothing has happened yet. Is it that difficult to plan or let patients know when something comes up? At 4:00 p.m. I was in the anteroom, where a woman had been waiting for an examination since 8:00 a.m. A doctor then came to her to inform her that her examination will no longer take place today. Actually, I wanted to write a bad review because of the punctuality. Since the diagnosis probably saved my life, it turned out to be a very good rating.

::Because of an inflammation of the intestine, I was treated twice as inpatients in the medical clinic in the spring of 2021. The first time the diagnosis was made and I was discharged for further outpatient treatment. Since the symptoms did not get better (but worse), I was treated a second time in the clinic for almost two weeks. The second time the treatment was successful and the symptoms decreased significantly, which I was really grateful for (and still am). Overall, I perceived the treatment as professional: the doctors were friendly and explained the upcoming treatment steps to me in a reasonably understandable way (as far as possible). The nurses on my ward were all really nice and really looked after me, so I was really lucky. So I'm really happy and grateful that the medical clinic helped me, because I was really not feeling well when I got there.
