::I came here at 11 AM today and waited until 15.30 for someone to help me. The receptionists, nurses and doctors don't greet you, they don't ask you how you are, why you came and what they can do for you. You just sit there and suffer, is that emergency help!? In such a big place there was no one available to help me. They don't treat you like a human!!! I am still in pain and after waiting 4.5 hours they still asked me to wait "a little" more. I refused and went home. This is insane!
