I owe Dr Gebauer outpatient endocrinology more than you can imagine. My complaints are finally being taken seriously. Doctor Gebauer listens carefully and asks questions. I regret that I didn't come to the University Hospital sooner. It would save me a lot of suffering. Sleep-laboratory. Very nice, helpful people Cardiology outpatient clinic, simply perfect. Thank you ❤️

Once again everything is fine! Unfortunately, every now and then I had reason to seek treatment at the university. “Unfortunately” not because of bad experiences, but because there is something wrong with your health. So today I had an appointment for various examinations in cardiology. Appointment that was made within a week (health insurance patient) at 8:00 a.m. For comparison: I would have had the earliest appointment with a general practitioner in 4 months. It was 8:20 a.m. I think it's sensational for a cardiology course at university. I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout my entire stay Very friendly looked after and felt very well informed. Due to the new construction of the central clinic, everything is of course very new, modern and in perfect condition. The assistant doctor, who was also very friendly and competent, gave me a feeling of security the entire time and was open to questions. Incl. I was about an hour later after all the examinations, the final interview and the doctor's report finished with everything. Fortunately, no negative results. Good this way! Experiences certainly depend on people, situations and daily routine. But then why am I always lucky at university??? Forest? Call in? Behavior? In any case, a “thumbs up” and “thank you” from me again.

I would prefer to give minus stars Nothing has happened to us for over 7 hours, the birth was supposed to be induced, but what they got here is nothing more than CTG and if you get upset you can still let yourself be made to look stupid The hospital staff is simply incompetent, overwhelmed and disorganized. When it comes to doctors, you're lucky if you see one who can also speak German

The nurses were almost all nice, but the social service for a referral to rehab was terrible. No help, incompetent and inaccurate about statements. Had to take this into our own hands. As in almost every hospital, there is not enough staff for the many patients, so a lot of things are overlooked or forgotten. The food shouldn't even be offered to healthy people. No place for healing.

Ablation treatment preparation appointment Ordered for 8:30am. There were very long waiting times between examinations. Many patients understandably became restless and dissatisfied. Everything wasn't done until 2:30 p.m. The organizational process needs a lot of improvement! Surgery appointment Ordered at 7:30am. Surgery only at noon. Very long waiting time. We only got the room at 11:00 a.m. after repeated requests. Until then sat in the waiting room. At lunchtime we finally went to the operating room, without a patient file! (she couldn't be found) She had disappeared from the station. After the operation I was supposed to be taken from the recovery room to the ward at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately it was 9:50 p.m. when I was pushed to my room. The nurse said why it took so long and that I should write a complaint. There are also positive things to report: The good catering, the food was tasty and plentiful. There were always friendly nurses and doctors on hand. I also felt well looked after in the operating room.
