  I was on the phone for half an hour and then I drove into a dead zone🙈 and then I hung up on the phone for another 20 minutes. You can change the address using the app, but the children don't come along, they stay in the old apartment (Ironnie). I just wanted to quickly let you know by phone that our two have decided to come with us and keep trying as a family (irony). But waiting on the phone for hours is too stupid for me. I have to drive over now.

  Opening an account on site was good. However, the customer service is very poor. It takes hours to get someone on the phone. An additional 5 to 30 CHF will then be charged/debited for this.

  Does anyone work in this branch? I wanted to open an account and tried to make an appointment. I called first, but no one answered for 10 minutes. The announcement came from the tape that you could request a call back, so I tried that. Was actually called back, but only by the call center that wanted to connect me. Then I was on hold again for 20 minutes. During this time I saw on the website that you can book an appointment online. I then did that, but this appointment was neither confirmed nor did anyone contact me. This bank is apparently no longer interested in private customers.

  On google it says that you guys are open at 13:00 but you weren't. It is your responsibility to adjust your opening times. And if you guys think i will become a customer of a lazy bank who does 2 hours lunch break, keep dreaming! 😅
