  I stopped by this morning in order to exchange "old" 200 EUROS banknotes that are not "valid" on the Swiss side of the border. The two ladies behind the counter refused to do the exchange as I didn't have an account in the bank. I was told on the Swiss side that any bank in Germany will do the exchange. I am very disappointed with the attitude of Deutsche Bank on this matter, I drove across the border especially from Basel for changing.

  My personal experience with the Bank was nice so far. I was advised by Mr. Dennis Holoubek about some investments, and he explained me clearly and with patience all the details, being honest on pros and cons of everything. I would definitely recommend him as advisor, as well as the Bank for the services that provides (also for being open to English speakers like me).

  Good morning sorry for my bad english, but i have to use these channels to inform you about my problem. I'm Italian I live in Rome and I have a father who worked in Germany from 1973 to 1996 in Lörrach, Germany where he still has an account in Deutsche Bank Privat- und Geschäftskunden AG Senser Platz 2, 79539 Lörrach, Germany. my father will have to change his domicile due to health problems.   Cannot be reached by phone - I've tried over 10 times on different days, also with "Durchwahl". It always takes you to the Deutsche Bank hotline, which doesn't work properly. The connection was cut multiple times. It's frustrating. A simple administrative task is not resolved after 7 weeks...
