  We went there twice this week around 5:15 p.m. On both days we had to wait in the queue outside. Nevertheless, in the end it went quite quickly. The friendly lady served all customers nicely and calmly and did her best at all times. Really a compliment in this stressful time when everyone is in such a hurry.

  The negative reviews are simply incomprehensible. Presumably courtesy reviews for a competitor. Here you will always receive respectful, friendly, courteous and competent service. Everything according to good father custom. For years this has been an excellent point of contact for lottery, newspapers, tobacco, stationery and the German Post DHL drop-off point.

  Friendly, helpful, competent and always a kind word. You feel comfortable here. I can't understand the negative reviews. These do not apply in any way. I rather believe that these are favorable reviews in favor of a competitor.

  Friendliness is written in LOWER letters here. If you say something “wrong” the employees will make unfriendly comments. It's a great store, but the staff isn't great.

  Very rude, sell the same ticket twice. Although two different templates. My other numbers that I've been playing for a year are now gone too. No refund very rude.
