::Extremely unfriendly, employees shouting at customers, etc. I would say the employees earn minimum wage. Everyone deserves what they get and anyone who is so cheeky with customers will cry themselves alone every evening, crying to sleep in their 13 square meter rental apartment for €900 a month. The only thing I'm sending here now are bricks, just to annoy those sad souls there.

::Unfortunately, one can only agree with the other negative reviews. TIP: Simply send the packages to the packing station in front of Edeka, this can be done around the clock and without stress. My package, which was not (!) accepted at the store because it was 0.5-1 cm too high for the package size I purchased, could easily be sent there.

::A blonde lady, if you can call that a lady. Rude to the point of not being possible anymore. I was a senior employee until I retired, something like that would have gotten me fired in a heartbeat. You're standing in line and then you say in a sloppy way: Well, next, but snappy, that doesn't work. No good day, no goodbye. But this isn't the first time. All the postal workers there are the worst. They should get some training on customer friendliness. In any case, this branch is not recommended; it is better to go to another one where the employees are not so listless and grouchy. But especially the blonde lady, no, woman with glasses. Only bad. If there were minus stars then that would be - 5.

::It's a shame that I even have to give one star. Germany's service desert applies to no shop in the Steinfurt district more than this post office branch. It's really not about having to crawl up other people's asses... Or about accepting the strangest requests. But there should be politeness and respect for other people. I think just as it echoes into the forest, it echoes back again. And with a lot of luck, your job will be fun despite stressful times etc. You could try it. By the way, I also think that the E-Center itself and its reputation are not doing themselves any favors with this crew. Even if it has to be said that the gentleman in this branch always comes across as very pleasant, in contrast to his two colleagues.
