::Really bad service. The staff is rude and shows a will to not help you. We wanted to change to the other boat (the one we actually was promised to go on) and we got approved by the staff on the boat but denied in the ticket office. We went on board the boat again with no seats as a reward. The staff told us it wasn't their fault and got angry for bringing up the issue.
