  They don't respect for human needs. We beg them for toilet because the outside was out of service and they rejected us.

  Really bad service. The staff is rude and shows a will to not help you. We wanted to change to the other boat (the one we actually was promised to go on) and we got approved by the staff on the boat but denied in the ticket office. We went on board the boat again with no seats as a reward. The staff told us it wasn't their fault and got angry for bringing up the issue.

  Very rude staff. Become more rude when we wanted a receipt for our beers.

  They overbooked the boat ride which made it a very unpleasant and crowded. Not enough chairs and space. Quality over quantity plz! #Greed
