::A shame for a hospital emergency service. My sister fell down a 5 meter staircase and could neither stand nor walk, I carried her from the parking lot where she was given a wheelchair, after 3 hours of waiting she was checked in the waiting room. There is the question where do we live please that man is checked in the waiting room? There was no x-ray or anything she was only given pain pills and the wheelchair was immediately taken away with the statement that you can walk to the parking lot, so I had to go in what the staff didn't want and had to carry my sister out. Just terrible. I don't want to express any prejudices, but as a German citizen with foreign roots, it was because of the staff because they didn't feel like it or was it because of the black hair?

::5 stars for the midwives and doctors in the delivery room! I was so afraid of the birth and Co., but I felt so comfortable with you. You are awesome! Especially thanks to Sandra, who looked after my birth so lovingly ❤ Also the doctors, nurses and nurses on the postpartum ward: Thank you! The young sisters and carers in particular are so kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I can't remember all of the names, but the morning and night shifts were the best. You are looked after with humor and a lot of understanding. Only sister B. on the late shift always seemed annoyed and it was better not to speak to her, ask something, etc. Then it is possible to make a living. Still 5 stars for all of you!

::After being admitted to the emergency room, I was operated on the same day. Doctors, nurses and all the staff seemed very professional, trustworthy and humane to me, despite a lack of staff, high sickness rates and the pandemic regulations. Thank you very much!

::I am more than satisfied with the delivery room at St. Josef. Not only in the care before, but also during my birth, I was treated, looked after, supported and advised with empathy and courteousness. All the midwives and doctors were great. Thanks again! :-)

::My mom would be taken to the hospital yesterday by ambulance. It is on the Sankt Valentin ward. I have to say everything is perfect so far. Got a very good impression and think that my mother is in safe hands there.
