::Nobody needs this branch, service is different and you don't have lazy days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with "consultation times" and no checkout times. There isn't even a deposit machine, very, very weak. Then you should close the place completely and turn it into a public toilet, then the building would at least have a proper right to exist.
