::I was once very happy with the bank, but after changing the opening hours it hasn't exactly become customer-friendly. It can't be the case that if the customer has something to do at the bank, they have to drive all the way to Bad Schmiedeberg just because there is no machine for deposits and withdrawals. Even the bank statement printer in Söllichau can currently only be used on Friday afternoons. What's that supposed to mean??? For customers who are working, this is brilliant!!!!
