::Arrogans Racial behavior of the final manager and inappropriate behavior towards customers. You have an appointment and the whole finale was locked, but it is unlocked especially even though the branch is open. No other employees on site, just branch managers and a customer advisor. Especially for this event, a football picture from a game between Germany and Turkey will be hung in the office, although this type of private property has no place in a bank or office. A customer with Turkish origin who speaks to the branch manager in perfect German is asked if he doesn't understand something. Branch manager claims this customer is arrgesive to end the customer conversation. Very bad behavior towards customers.
