::As a 2nd class person, I was treated completely condescendingly - really bad! . If these employees / the manager or the manager want to claim otherwise, this apparently incompetent branch can take legal action against my review and the topic will be presented publicly. Absolutely lousy branch with partly incompetent employees and I give everyone the advice to look for a different bank account with competent employees than like this branch of the Sparkasse. As a tip: The Sparkasse Dortmund, branch Dortmund Höchst, has all the advantages that a bank customer is looking for and appreciates - by the way, this branch of the Sparkasse also represents many millionaires - several BVB 09 players - the employees understand what the matter is!

::It was probably OK 20 years ago, today the customer taps what is possible. Change cash register immediately, you will not get worse! Not to mention the service, standing in line if you want to clarify something is standard - while again and again "consultants" - better "2t classic insurance agents" carry notes for a walk in the background. ::Not recommended at the moment. Due to the fact that the opening times have been reduced, the people who otherwise spread out over the day are now romping around in 3 hours of the day. The bank is completely overcrowded during opening hours. 2 stars because the service was still very friendly and competent.
