  I wanted to take a transfer slip for my mother. Was asked unfriendly and sloppily by an employee whether I had a power of attorney. Is it still possible? Do you need a power of attorney for transfer slips? I can't recommend the branch, just rude and sloppy.

  I have been a loyal customer of the Sparkasse for about 15 years, but now the idea has come up to charge me a monthly fee. It is just disappointing that you are not sufficiently informed if you suddenly incur account fees that you did not have to pay in 15 years. Regardless of the background of the fees, I expect personal contact, because you simply don't expect it. Result: I quit and go to the competition. Thank you so much!
