::Opening times too short, as a working person it is impossible to be on site within the opening times. In addition, the branch will soon close completely and only the self-service area. Renovated for that ?! There is only one machine for withdrawing and it is regularly out of order, and our change machine has been removed and not even a new one has been added to withdraw bills. Coin rolls can still be picked up, whoever needs something. Staff is nice anyway

::The machine is always out of order. Then please an info where the nearest Volksbank machine is. I had to go to the savings bank and pay € 5 extra. I would like to charge you for that, grrrrrr!

::Staff very friendly. But otherwise a catastrophe! Vending machine constantly defective, coin operated machine dismantled, closed for years, then reopened, then closed again. Now open for 2 days a week. Money in and out at the counter not possible! Otherwise only poorly serviced ATMs! What the Volksbank deducts with branches and its customers on site is pure bodily harm !!!! To charge monthly fees at all is a crime!
