  My mother was visiting the United States and had problems with her bank card. We set the alarm clock so that we wouldn't miss opening times because of the six hour time difference. Had to call 3 times to get a solution. Not a good costumer service, you would be left out in the rain without a resolution. until I came up with the idea that you should deposit money into my account and then you can withdraw it. Why do I have to come up with such an idea? She would have left us out in the rain. And the lady also became impudent and cheeky. Volksbanks always help, have ideas and are friendly and you don't have to call 3 times.

  I don't think it's a good idea to shorten opening times in Corona times. Some older customers need a contact person because not everyone does their banking online.
