  Mr. Heller helped me a lot during my vacation. Unfortunately my credit card limit had already been exhausted and I was no longer able to pay. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash with me at the time. Fortunately, after a call to Mr. Heller, the problem was solved. My vacation was saved. Thanks for that !

  Big praise to the Giebelstadt advice center. Ms. Müller and her team provide friendly, courteous advice and are always ready to help. Here you still have a person in front of you. Not a machine! No internet bank can replace that. We should all be happy that this still exists in our beautiful Franconian region. If there is a problem, we will be taken seriously and we will work together to find the best possible solution. It's nice that Ms. Müller takes her time and listens to the customer. Thanks also to Mr. Heller for his quick help. All I can say is keep it up because THIS is exactly how you're doing it right.

  On July 10, 2023, 3:30 p.m., my daughter wanted to deposit coins into her savings account from the money box...that's not possible today, we're understaffed!?! Says the lady on counter duty. Furthermore, create a fixed-term deposit account for her newborn daughter...that's only possible with an appointment and the advisor was sick...said the lady on counter duty! Why is this savings bank actually staffed by people? Well, there are other banks!
