  A beautifully designed savings bank, air-conditioned at all times even in summer, friendly staff and convenient access from outside. There is plenty of on-site parking and accessible for disabled people. Open to all concerns, highly recommended!

  I requested an invoice online. All I had to do was sign and authenticate myself at the bank branch. They couldn't open the account, nor did they want to. You are not helpful! This is a very bad bank! I was welcomed at Volksbank and opened the account immediately! Avoid this savings bank!

  I have both a private and recently a business account there and am simply disappointed in many respects. The fees for the business account are way above the southern German average (at least €0.50 per account transaction!), so you should at least be able to expect good service. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I was sometimes given inadequate advice and sometimes simply wrong. Instead of an apology, they say: "Yes, you were given the wrong advice. But that's really annoying for you now." With a few positive exceptions, my experience with the Sparkasse branch in Lauda was one big disappointment. I'm much better off with an online bank, and I also save a lot of money. Maybe the branch will recover after the restructuring and the branch will return to its real strength - namely on-site customer service - but based on current experiences, I really can't advise any customer to go to Sparkasse Lauda with their money.
