  Opens as you please or not. According to the changed opening times, the branch should have been open on Friday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Unfortunately it was locked and dark. Without notice or justification. Great service!!

  I drove to the branch today to deposit money and the branch was closed “once again, contrary to the published opening hours - because of an employee’s “short-term” illness, they say. With all your kindness, dear Postbank, but surely that's a joke? 45 minutes of driving for nothing and here on Google the opening time is still green and so it continues to suggest that the branch is open today.

  Unfortunately, today is another day when you find out from a paper notice on the front door that the branch is closed for the day. A customer who felt the same way said it was the same on Saturday (today is Tuesday). When will the post office finally find a way to provide information online so that customers don't walk away for free? Can't it be updated on Google, for example, if something like this happens? Very unpleasant.
