  I was referred to Ms. F. spontaneously and without waiting for my Bafög application. The processing was extremely professional, correct and quick. The branch is characterized by a high level of professional expertise - definitely one of the best in Regensburg Beforehand, I tried my luck at the branch on Isarstrasse by calling to arrange a timely appointment to have my application verified and sent by the verification office. Unfortunately, an appointment was not available until a week later. My application was rejected, among other things, due to the lack of verification of the loan agreement - further details can be found in my negative review for Sparkasse Lechstraße. It is unfortunate that not every consultant can demonstrate the same level of expertise as Ms. F.
