::My review initially refers to the branch on Schlesierstrasse (which has been closed), so now to Lechstrasse, especially to my personal advisor. I speak from the bottom of my heart about having received such an advisor who always supports you with advice and support in difficult times. Of course he can't solve every problem, but he listens and gives good advice. I don't want to and can't do without this togetherness at any time, I can only say "thank you"

::Actually a huge cheek! According to the notice, access to the ATMs will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I visited this branch twice shortly after 10 p.m. on different days and was already in front of the closed doors! It's a joke how you're treated here, especially when you're under instructions! As a shift worker, it is often not possible to go to work during business hours! Then at least set up a machine outside the building or give the savings bank customers access via chip reader!

::Unfortunately, my experience with the bank was not very satisfactory. The standard BaföG application for the KfW loan was processed incorrectly, and my bank advisor honestly admitted that she didn't do this often and needed help from a colleague. The employee, a young man with glasses, also seemed unsure about the loan agreement. He recommended that I send the application myself, and not only were signatures forgotten, but there was also no final check (no copy of the ID was also included). This was particularly annoying in view of my specific request regarding verification in order to prevent subsequent changes to the loan agreement. It is therefore urgently necessary for bank employees to be better trained on BAV and loan applications. After I got information from Ms. F. at the advice center in Kumpfmühl, I realized what had gone wrong. It is unfortunate that when choosing a savings bank branch you have to pay so much attention to whether the employees are actually competent in their field.
