  Inflexible, poor communication between employees, partial lack of professional competence, in my opinion arrogant Office management (quote: "I have to work for 4 people here"). This tone makes a “normal-earning, working citizen” who actually does physical work for his money blush with anger! In response to the question about customer orientation, which I had asked loudly and very annoyedly, I was advised to leave the office. In my personal opinion, the one star rating is still too good. Sparkasse... no thanks!!
