  Absolutely bad. I applied for my online banking almost 2 years ago. It still doesn't work properly to this day. Every time I try to explain that it doesn't work, all I get is "yes, we'll send you a new pin and stuff." It works for a maximum of 1 week then I am logged out and every time I try to log in it says wrong. Then I have to run back to the branch and explain that it doesn't work and then have them do everything again, which takes another week or two. My personal recommendation would be to switch to Sparkasse, they are much more advanced than Raiffeisenbank and do not offer such a complicated and poor system.
