::I wanted to deposit money on Saturday evening around 6:20 p.m. When we entered the savings bank, there were about 15 young people screaming, shouting, and at the end they were fighting. A young man called me brother and walked up to me! (I don't think I need to talk about the nationality of these young people) So at that moment I no longer felt safe and comfortable. In my opinion, a bank should not radiate insecurity. Get it under control. A note on the door doesn't seem to be the right way!

::Unfortunately, no star at all didn't work. My family has been with the savings bank for generations. But when I needed a credit card for my 16-year-old daughter's American exchange and I wanted advice on this matter, no employee could and/or wanted to give me any information. Instead, I was very rudely referred to my advisor at the branch. However, there were also questions there. Not knowing something can happen, but refusing to ask is an outrage. I will no longer enter these rooms. A great response to my review. That there is nothing about our concern in the branch knows i.e. probably doesn't want to know anything. The lady in question will keep quiet. Or does that mean that my information is incorrect? Luckily there are other banks. My request was dealt with quickly, friendly and competently. Apparently it wasn't so impossible after all.

::Terrible customer service while abroad led to both my bank account and debit card being frozen. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, no progress was made. I tried to close my bank account but was unsuccessful. As a result, I am now being charged fees every month and am unable to access my account.
