::Not possible ! 50 minutes waiting time at the counter to be told in one minute that the old savings account cannot be debited and that you should wait another 15 minutes. The employee disappointed you very much, because instead of referring the customers to appointments for correspondingly long conversations which lasted 20 and 30 minutes, instead he unnecessarily took up the time of me and many other customers by holding customer advice talks at the counter even though another employee was present in the branch.

::Before Corona I would have given 5 stars. But now, unfortunately only 2. If you want to withdraw money from the savings book, it no longer works. Unfortunately you have to go a village further or to Dormagen. My mother (84) can no longer cope with the ATM. So she can't even withdraw money from her account without my help. It's sad how customers are treated here, especially senior citizens.

::So far, I have not had any real problems with the Sparkasse. However, the deliberations were always very mixed. You definitely have to think with and be on the ball, otherwise it could happen that you do not get what you wanted. Park: There are enough parking spaces available. If you come outside the opening hours of the bank, so the parking spaces are usually full, as they are used elsewhere.

::I didn't have any problems with the Sparkasse until my account was closed. Here I wanted to have a sum of money and my savings account transferred to a new account. Both accounts were deleted and transferred to the new account; the aforementioned cash amount was not taken into account. Only after asking again I was told "the accounts have now been deleted, you have to do this at your new bank" (this is not possible online bank) the employee sent me away with my cash without bothering to help me, a shame.
