::I closed my account today and have to pay an account maintenance fee of €9.90 for the entire month. I don't think that works at all. The employee can't do anything about it, but she's quite brazen for 11 days.

::You ask for an appointment at the branch and you are promised a call back... Since this didn't happen, you try again and give up after 12 minutes in the queue, annoyed! So try again later. Customers don't have anything else to do and you really can't charge too much when it comes to account fees. People are increasingly thinking about changing banks... what a shame after 40 years!!!!
