  Today my wife and I had an appointment at the branch in Osterath and were warmly welcomed by Ms. Menza without waiting. Ms. Menza gave us very informative, competent advice and presented many options. She took almost two hours to answer all of our detailed questions and found the complex, appropriate solution! Ms. Menza is a very friendly, competent, patient advisor and has our complete trust. We would be very happy if she would continue to support us.

  Unfortunately, the staff has become very unfriendly - the break is also being extended (today I only returned from the lunch break at 2:05 p.m.) my appointment was at 2 p.m.... Now I can wait longer inside...

  No idea why the heat in the store is still turned up to maximum? For the two “employees” who prefer to hide in their offices anyway? Old people are completely lost at the only transfer terminal, but you act as if nobody is there. Lights off and heating on. Unbelievable, you could build something better on the site.
