::By far the worst branch I have ever visited. Before my vacation, I went there personally to find out what it was like to withdraw money abroad and whether I had to have it activated beforehand. When I got there, a very disinterested employee with a silvery look fobbed me off in a 10-second conversation and assured me that I didn't need to make any further arrangements. When I arrived abroad I discovered that I couldn't withdraw any money. After a telephone conversation with an employee whose name I prefer not to mention here, it was then activated. Of course not without her having to say a stupid thing to me, as if it had been my fault. I just wish I had remembered the name of the incompetent employee who didn't do his job properly. I am considering switching to another banking institution. Absolutely bad customer service!

::Hello. They have employees who are very boring and prefer their own comfort to customers. Change is necessary

::I always get the feeling that the employees at the Büderich office are not particularly motivated and sometimes seem very annoyed. The big thing is that lately you can't get to the ATMs at night because they are only accessible from 6:00 a.m., so I stood in front of the locked door last night and then had to go angrily to another ATM. You pay at the same time Compared to other savings banks in the region, Sparkasse Neuss has significantly more money for account management. The Sparkasse still has a lot of work to do on standards and service management in general.

::As a savings bank customer from Düsseldorf, I wanted to purchase a photo tanning device. It was explained to me that I had to go to Düsseldorf because cash payments were not accepted. A bank doesn't accept money? Incredible and underground! When I asked if they could tell me a branch in Düsseldorf, I was told that I should look on the Internet myself. Customer friendliness is really different. Sparkasse service desert
