  Cheeky, annoyed... The machine inserted my card for no reason, and in the branch I was told that after a detour the card would end up back in Germersheim. After 4 weeks. I called nobody knew where she was. They blocked it and wanted to send me a new one..... They also blocked my husband's card😡 If this isn't resolved tomorrow, I'll look for a new bank after 16 years

  Sparkasse Germersheim doesn't even deserve one star!! We have been a Sparkasse customer for over 30 years!! We called several times and no one was available! Asked to call back 4 weeks before our vacation, no response, tried again, still no call back. I just find that outrageous of the savings bank. Employee after employee doesn't come here with excuses....!!! If you have time to send letters home, that's your advisor, then you have to be able to call back!!!

  Unfortunately today I was served by a rude, almost cheeky employee. I understand there's a lot going on & then it's okay that you can be a little annoyed, but it's not my fault that you're dissatisfied with your life or job. Another reason for my bad rating is the time-limited cash withdrawal. They don't seem to have any understanding for the shift workers. Deducting money is always possible, but then paying for the service is apparently asking too much. A pity
