::You won't find skilled employees here. 2 of the employees at this branch were unable to solve my problem despite repeated consultations. At most banks, a lot of things can be clarified over the phone through authentication. At BBBank, I was told on the hotline that I couldn't be helped by phone. I was told to go to the branch, but again nothing could be clarified, so I contacted the hotline again and see Since my problem has been taken care of, I will be called back by the specialist department and I'm curious how long it will take. The year was not mentioned. Here you want to get rid of unwanted customers.
