::Employees are always competent, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased. Personal customer contact only Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but 24/7 self-service center for withdrawals and deposits or account statements. The parking lot is really no joy, but I don't think the savings bank is responsible for it.

::It couldn't be more unfriendly, right? Getting loud on the phone and then just hanging up is something I've never experienced before. Dear Sparkasse team, this is how you treat your customers? I've already quit and I won't be going into a store like that again. Please give your employees training on how to deal with customers! Thanks.
