  Why you can't withdraw cash at night is once again a mystery to me.. typical Dachau... you live behind the moon just to the right... even at 6 a.m. it wasn't possible to withdraw cash even though it says from 6 a.m. to midnight. Door was locked... ridiculous

  My request was processed very quickly, friendly and professionally. And last but not least: personal F2F contact with a “real” person is so much more pleasant than the same old hotlines.

  I was always able to get an appointment with Mr. Streblow at short notice. My request was handled very professionally, quickly and friendly. Mr. Streblow is the best.

  Even though I was there outside opening hours, which was because the opening times stated on the internet were incorrect, the employee let me in when he noticed me at the door. He was very friendly and accommodating and dealt with my request quickly. Thank you.

  Terrible customer service. I actually showed up here without an appointment to open an account. How could I allow myself to do that! I was then immediately asked stupidly that you also need an appointment with a hairdresser. In the Freising branch it was quick and easy - without an appointment!
