::It's cheeky how you are now treated as a customer! We pay a fee of €10 per month so that if you have a concern you are simply dealt with. Online banking doesn't work properly, transfers/standing orders constantly fail. If you ask to increase the general transfer limit, you are told to request it by email, even though it only takes 30 seconds! It's just time consuming for the customer and not beneficial! I don't even want to start talking about the machines and how you're always on hold for 30 minutes only to be thrown off after 1 minute of calling...

::There is only 1 employee working at the counter. The rest are just walking around. No organization. I've been standing in the long queue for 25 minutes now. To be honest, I could have driven a little further to Darmstadt and would have been done.

::I think this bank in particular do not want to serve people who is from another country .. in one word they are pretty racist and behave very rude towards customers mostly from asia (personal and known experiences from friends) which is not at all professional for a bank... Hate to go to this bank. But unfortunately they the most widespread one in germany.
