::This is probably the worst behavior I have seen from a German worker. The lady behind the counter is so rude, angry and behaves so ugly. If the package that I had in my hand wasn't so important for me, I would have stood up and answered her all the way. She deserves to be taught manners. And after all these similar negative reviews from people here I wonder, what is keeping up changing the workers there? Is replying us here going to solve the problem? Those workers should be fined.

I had used the same company to send the same package to Germany and DHL didn't charge anything because of the duct tape. ::The male staff with glasses was super curious about my immigration status from my residence permit even though I just simply want to pick up my package. He didn’t give me the package until he has to see where im from from my passport which I had to go home and come back. This is such a waste of time since I have work to do. You are too nosy. It’s not your job. Just do your job as a post please
